Series of eleven works on paper. These pieces were made on-site at abandoned coal mining operations in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. Coal chutes were cleaned, and vellum was laid on top of the metal chutes, dented from the flow of coal through the mining operation. Charcoal found in fire pits in the surrounding area was used to take the rubbings.
