Gas will be fracked in Northern BC and transported via pipeline to a liquefied natural gas processing and export facility near Skwxwú7mesh/ Squamish where it will be cooled in the liquefaction process. Forty-year-old LNG tankers will transport the LNG to market overseas.
One of the potential dangers lies with the potential of a liquified natural gas vapour cloud being released from a breached cargo tank which could be ignited and become lethal. These dry ice studies explore making vapour visible in the landscape.
